Our immersive “Surge Balance” studios are dedicated mind and body spaces located at selected locations that host our signature Reformer Pilates group classes. As well our many Yoga, Yin and Mat Pilates classes, we now also offer a comprehensive Reformer Pilates schedule. Reformer Pilates is a great form of strength, postural, flexibility, balance and endurance training and can be designed to target one specific area, or as a whole-body muscular exercise. Reformer Pilates is also a lot of fun!
An exclusive “Reformer Pilates Membership” is required to access this program. We have numerous amazing membership options available including long/short term and from 2 sessions to unlimited session sper week. Reformer Memberships include full 247 PEAK access to the rest of our facilities and classes!
