Before I became a Personal Trainer, I worked in retail and then in the mental health service, so I have always helped people in one way or another.
I left the health service & pursued a career in fitness because I wanted to help people in another way. I started going to the gym in my late 30’s, got into weight training and met and made some amazing friendships. I personally felt and saw the positive changes I could achieve both mentally & physically through fitness and wanted to help others experience the same. I also want to help eradicate the idea that women should be skinny and have a six pack. I do not believe in quick fixes, short cuts or fads.
Besides being a qualified Personal Trainer, I am also an Elite boxing instructor and have a Confidence in The Menopause Cert and I am passionate about educating women more around this.
I coach women only and focus on helping them feel stronger, building their confidence, improving their self-esteem, ready to be a success story.
