I truly believe the basis of every good training program is strength; whether you’re looking for weight loss, training for performance, physique or general fitness, its important to acquire a good level of strength. Our everyday life becomes easier and our body are kept resilient to injury and sickness.
We should also move well, and move often. I endeavour to ensure all my clients have the mobility and the technique required to be safe and efficient in their training. Being free of pain, be it long or short term, is key to enjoying your fitness journey but also to enjoying life.
