Antonio has had over 15 years experience in the health and fitness industry specialising in group fitness training.
Antonio started his career in 2004 as a Les Mills BODYPUMP, RPM & CXWORX instructor. Discovering a passion for cycling, Antonio soon branched out into instructing freestyle cycle.
In 2008 Antonio became involved in group fitness management, constructing and reviewing group fitness timetables for various different gyms as well as the integration and promoting of new group fitness programs. Antonio was also heavily involved in the up skilling and mentoring of instructors who were new to the group fitness industry.
Since then, Antonio has gone on to qualify himself in Training For Warriors, TRX Suspension, Kettlebell and ViPR training as well as discovering a new passion for Studio Pilates Mat and Reformer.
