I love working with clients every day to help them achieve their physical goals, but also, as importantly, their mindset and mental health surrounding fitness.
Fitness has always been in my life. I use to play ball sports and do swimming until I found my love of lifting weights in the gym. During the Covid lockdowns, I used my time productively and completed my Certificate 4 in Fitness, and have loved working in the industry ever since. I hope to continue studying further and gain more skills/qualifications within the gym and fitness industry to increase my knowledge to be a better coach to all my clients.
