The gym became my refuge during academic pursuits, providing both a physical and mental outlet as well as an invaluable support for my athletic endeavours. The journey of growing stronger has been empowering and has helped me gain a sense of resilience and self-confidence.
Fuelled by a passion for movement and embracing challenges, I transitioned my fitness hobby into a career. Qualifying as a personal trainer, I now pursue advanced studies in Sport Science at Curtin University, to continue expanding my expertise. As a qualified sports trainer working alongside WAFL athletes has broadened my understanding of the body’s biomechanics and can bring a wealth of knowledge to elevate your fitness experience.
