Having graduated from ECU in 2019 with a Bachelors Degree in Sports & Exercise Science, I began working with Wesley College in their High Level Athletic Development gym, where I found my passion, training athletes in a 1on1 environment.
In 2020, I began working out of a commercial gym working with general population clients and found a lot of them didn’t know many other ways of training, other than typical body building splits. I wanted to change this mindset via sharing my knowledge with as many people as possible and make a positive impact in their lives. For me, the work we do on the gym floor should have a benefit to our lives outside of the gym, whether that be in an overall lifestyle or an athletic capacity.
I am also a keen football player having played in Scotland, England and Australia. This has been a part of my life since I was 5 years old. Whether it be watching, playing or talking about football, it’s something I could spend hours doing.
