Surge Fitness are proud to be appointed by Brookfield Properties as the operator of this outstanding corporate health and wellness facility with 3 x designated studios, world class equipment and stunning views of Perth’s Swan river and the iconic Elizabeth Quay.
One The Esplanade will comprise a 29 level Premium office space, 806 sqm of food and beverage, a gymnasium and childcare facility. It will be the new Australian Head Quarters for Chevron. The is bringing a new life to the premium precinct adding approximately 4,000 office workers to the local community which already includes visitors to the Ritz Carlton hotel and residents at the new Towers apartments. Club One is located on the first floor of the south western podium incorporating circa 725sqm.
Club One powered by Surge Fitness is a private corporate gymnasium with access available exclusively to selected corporate partners and approved employees based at One The Esplanade.
