Before I began my journey into the fitness industry, I danced for 12 years where I was lucky enough to dance overseas in the USA. I fell in love with the fitness industry after competing for the first time with INBA in the bikini division. The feeling I felt up on that stage knowing that I had achieved my personal goal, is what inspired me to want to help others achieve theirs.
