Antonio has over 11 years experience in the health & fitness industry, specialising in the field of group fitness training.
Antonio started his career in late 2004 as a Les Mills BODYPUMP & RPM instructor and then soon after branched out into freestyle cycle. In 2008 Antonio became involved in the management side of group fitness, overseeing & constructing group fitness timetables for many different gyms as well as well as aiding in training & up skilling many instructors entering the industry. Since then, Antonio has gone on to train in Les Mills CXWORX as well as well more freestyle forms of training such as Suspension, Kettlebell, ViPR & Throwdown Rig.
