Commencing September 2016, the Training for Warriors (TFW) system is designed to develop muscular strength and mental fortitude. The TFW holistic approach includes a progressive warm-up, strength, endurance, flexibility, speed training and is taught by a certified TFW coach.
The philosophy of the TFW program is to encourage participants to make an effort in all of the following areas: strength training, metabolic training, speed training, nutrition and flexibility.
Upon signing up for this program, you will receive 8 weeks full Surge Fitness club access, nutritional support, before & after images, fitness workshops, coaches mailing list, Warrior Program Tracker and Warrior 20 Food Guide. The 8 week challenge also includes a TFW T-Shirt and wrist band!
