Our dedicated indoor cycling studio's feature the revolutionary Matrix Tomahawk Spin Bike - with a smoother whisper-quiet ride, built-in polar heart rate monitor and resistance technology that more accurately simulates conditions found whilst using traditional road bikes.
Our fun classes are highly motivational and involve a single instructor who leads participants through a routine designed to simulate riding a bike outdoors including hill climbs, descents, sprints and interval training whilst increasing cardio fitness and lowering body fat.
Our RPM classes run daily and are designed to improve your fitness levels and burn body fat a typical 45 minute session can burn up to 800 calories! RPM is known as the Rock Concert on Wheels due to the loud high tempo music that accompanies each class to really get you motivated and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Our Cycle Six Pack class is a 30/30 class with a difference. Starting in the cycle studio you will burn unwanted fat during the first 30 minutes then switch to work on your abs and sculpt your stomach to expose the six pack within. Perfect if you want an express cycle experience with a focused abdominal workout.
